Brian Hannon is the Editing Director of Education at LMSvoice. He currently teaches AP Literature and Composition, AP Language and Composition, and Team-Taught English 11 at Hayfield Secondary School in Alexandria, Virginia. Brian was the co-founder of the poetryN.O.W., a non-profit organization that partnered with schools in the area to provide educators with the materials and resources necessary to cultivate spoken-word poetry clubs in their schools. Through his involvement with this organization, Brian went on to found the two largest youth poetry events in the area, the Hyper Bole and Louder than a Bomb, events that brought students together from all walks of life from Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, etc. to participate in poetry competitions, open-mics, writing workshops, and more. When poetryN.O.W. was absorbed by Split This Rock, a non-profit organization in Washington D.C. that meets at the intersection of poetry and social justice, Brian moved on to serve as their “Youth and Education Development Fellow” where he continued to work in the planning and coordination of their after-school programs, open-mics, and larger events. In his current role as Director of Education of LMSvoice, he oversees and curates the curriculum, ultimately striving to showcase and teach the works of culturally relevant, socially-engaged artists and expose students and teachers to a wide spectrum of diverse voices.

He also works part-time for the Ultimate Fighting Championship and as a Muay Thai instructor. In 2018, Brian was a finalist for Fairfax County Public Schools Teacher of the Year and was his conference’s Coach of the Year for Hayfield’s Varsity Tennis Team.

Conrado Muluc is the digital media manager for LMSvoice. He is a multidisciplinary artivist creating socially conscious visuals for non profits, artists and local businesses. His photographic work has been published by the New York Times, Vice, USA Today and I-D. His work focuses on documenting the truth and helping to uplift BIPOC communities with photo and video.

Elnatan is a director and cinematographer at Memento, a video production company based in Maryland that offers a unique solution for content creation. Elnatan’s passion is creating emotionally-charged visual content and sharing authentic stories that reflect the human experience. Memento partners with organizations and artists to further their particular social cause or advocate for a shared point of view. They produce mindful films ranging from branded content to short-form narratives and documentaries.

Milka Mered serves as the Director of Operations at LMSvoice. In her role, Milka oversees operational logistics for LMSvoice under the Chief Executive Officer, which include LMScurriculum, LMSstorytellers, and Memento. In addition to her role as Director of Operations, Milka also co-hosts LMSchat, a monthly video podcast series through LMScurriculum where she interviews poets that discuss underrepresented topics in their art.

Graduating from William & Mary in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and minor in Educational Studies, Milka’s passions focus on fostering equitable education specifically in school, workplace, and community cultures. Throughout her undergraduate and postgraduate career, Milka has worked extensively to improve educational environments for students and educators. Some efforts include conducting research on the BIPOC student experience and developing a student-faculty pedagogical partnership program geared to increase inclusive practices used in the classroom. She has received numerous awards for her efforts, including the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award in 2020. Prior to joining LMSvoice, Milka served as the Diversity & Inclusion Fellow for Curricular and University Affairs at William & Mary.

In her free time, Milka enjoys watching home makeover shows, spending time with loved ones, and listening to music.
